Asphalion has chosen the Torre NN (Nuñez y Navarro) to locate its office headquarters in Barcelona
The real estate consultant Forcadell has advised Asphalion in the rental of their 1.100 sqm offices located in the Torre NN (Nuñez y Navarro) in Barcelona, an exclusive office building identified in the Catalan Capital by the glazed façade enveloping its 20 floors.The international company specialized in scientific and technical consultancy has decided this transaction with the aim of expanding and moving their current offices to the Torre NN, relocating their headquarters in Barcelona. Asphalion expects to settle into their new facilities at the beginning of 2019.
The building, property of Nuñez y Navarro, is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district, very close to Plaza España and the Sants train station. It has open spaces, and plenty of natural light, with splendid views of the city of Barcelona, especially of the mountain of Montjuïc.
Acording to Manel de Bes, Director of the Office Department of Forcadell, ”the office rental market has shown a very favourable dynamic throughout 2018, registering increases in take- up as well as in demand. As new companies have arrived to the Catalan Capital in recent months, it is also significant for assessing the total take-up volume the projects of companies like Asphalion that have decided to expand their offices.”
