Forcadell has advised the multinational company De Rijke in the rental of an industrial warehouse of more than 2.700 sqm located in Barberà del Vallès, a municipality of Barcelona belonging to the Vallès Occidental region. The warehouse is in the industrial park Can Salvatella, 18 km away from Barcelona, with excellent road connections through the AP-7 and C-58 highways. De Rijke decided on this transaction with the aim of expanding their current facilities, while maintaining their other industrial warehouse located in the same industrial park.
This warehouse is in a perfect state of conservation, with a storage space of 1.988 sqm, 735 sqm for offices and a wide backyard for maneuvering. The cross-dock style logistic warehouse has 10 docks, 4 for trucks and an access ramp. The company will assign this space to store merchandise in transit.
According to Gerard Plana, director of the Forcadell Industrial-Logistics department, “Can Salvatella is one of the most prominent industrial parks in the vicinity of Barcelona, due to its privileged location: between the C-58 and the AP-7 highways, a fact which sparks the interest of logistic operators.”
