Forcadell has advised the insurance company SANTALUCÍA in the lease of a new space located in the Sant Antoni neighborhood of Barcelona for the establishment of a new agency. The premises have an area of 824 sqm and its facade has a length of 15 linear meters. With this opening, SANTALUCÍA expands its current commercial network composed of more than 400 agencies and Points Of Sale throughout Spain.

According to Xavier Aguilar, manager of Forcadell’s Retail department "since 2015, the retail services sector has evolved in a very positive way, consolidating and generating very solid development perspectives. The good performance of the sector together with the lack of spaces continue to drive the yields upwards in all the lines. Specifically, the yields of the area chosen by SANTALUCÍA, very close to the Prime Zone, have experienced an increase of 8.9% in the first half of the year. "
