Forcadell has advised Terranova CNC in the transaction for a 5.700 sqm new construction logistic warehouse located in the industrial park Can Bernades-Subirà of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda (Barcelona).The new plant includes more than 4.700 sqm in storage and 975 in offices. The company, specialized in canine and feline products has carried out this transaction in order to expand its current facilities, which are located in Parets del Vallès and Llicà de Munt, and therefore improve the efficiency of its logistic network. Terranova plans to open the Santa Perpètua plant at the end of July of this year. 

According to Gerard Plana, Director of the Forcadell Industrial-Logistics Department, “the  logistic warehouse market in Catalonia is growing, experiencing very a positive moment. Actually, take-up volume for logistic warehouses in Q1 2018 raised up to 185.982 sqm, which represents a 50% increase respect the same period last year. Aligned with the transaction carried out by Terranova in Sta. Perpètua de Mogoda, 82% of the take-up volume this year have been projects of new construction.”
