The catalan consulting firm has attended for second year the Barcelona Meeting Point, one of the main Real Estate European fairs and the most important one in the Spanish territory. Forcadell asseses very positively this participation in the 21st edition of the BMP where the upturn of the real estate sector has been revealed, and not even the political situation has managed to eclipse the success and activity of the fair.
Forcadell had 2 stands: Investors’ Cluster (CI-02 Stand) and Luxury Real Estate(CL-05), from where hundreds of visitors and clients were attended. "As in the previous edition, the BMP has been a valuable opportunity to have a personal contact with investors and some of our clients from Madrid, London, Paris and other European capitals”, says Gustavo de Lío, Director of the Investment Department of the Company.
The path followed by Forcadell, and specially from the Investment Department to attend the different local and European fairs (GRI MAPIC, MIPIM, among others) shows its willingness to be attentive to the national and international markets, a new cycle that began in 2016 and is reaffirmed in this 21st edition of the BMP "This type of professional meetings allow us, on the one hand, to strengthen and export the Forcadell brand, and on the other, to be up-to-date on all the news and trends in the sector", highlights Ivan Vaqué, Managing Partner of Forcadell.
This real estate salon closed its doors the 22nd October with more than 16.000 accredited professionals and 34.000 visitors, a figure that has surpassed last years’ and confirms the success and strength of the sector.
