Forcadell has advised a maintenance company of lifting devices with more than 35 years of experience in the purchase of a 2.300 sqm industrial warehouse. The company has carried out this transaction with the aim of expanding and improving its current facilities.

The warehouse is located in the Bon Pastor industrial park, established in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona. This industrial park, which houses 350 modern and technological SMEs from several sectors, has become one of the leaders of the 2017-2021 Sant Andreu Economic Plan: the City Council has allocated 1.5 million euros with the aim of boosting economic activity of the area.

According to Gerard Plana, Director of Forcadell’s Industrial-Logistic department, "throughout 2017, the demand for sales of industrial warehouses has registered a very significant increase in requests from companies.
