Forcadell has joined the Barcelona Urban Cluster, a non-profit organization open to all collectives, professionals, companies and institutions linked to the real estate sector, as well as the construction, infrastructure and urban planning sectors. A professional network that is growing and developing steadily, with the objective of “co-operating and energizing the sector in Barcelona in order to make it a reference point again, to create jobs and to contribute to improving the welfare of the city”.

Their principal aim is to professionalize and modernize the real estate sector by applying the new technologies, adapting it to an increasingly changing reality. Regarding Barcelona, BUC proposes to create and share dialogue related to the urban models and “promoting projects linked to the sector, which can become strategic elements for Barcelona, as one of the largest cities in the world to attract talent and generate economic activity”.

Forcadell, who is already linked to other business associations such as FIABCI and APCE, takes a step further to contribute in making the real estate sector in Barcelona and Catalonia a benchmark sector which adds value to the cities and to the people.
