Forcadell presented the findings of the Real Estate Report  “Actualidad y Perspectivas 2018” in the AXA Auditorium. The conference, a traditional annual event held jointly by the consulting firm and the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), was attended by more than 300 professionals, clients and experts within the sector. This year Forcadell celebrates 60 years’ of corporate history in the real estate sector, making this a special event for the Company.

Ivan Vaqué, partner and CEO of the company, opened the event with a review of the history of Forcadell, which was established in 75 Tallers street by Salvador Forcadell and Carme Company. Next, Antonio Lopez, partner and head of the Corporate Real Estate area delivered a snapshot of the retail, industrial-logistics and office sectors, talking about the current situation and the overall forecast.

Dr.Gonzalo Bernardos, UB tenured Professor of Economy, director of the real estate management and consulting Master of the UB and as managing editor and director of the periodic publication “Actualidad y Perspectivas 2018”, presented the main findings of the report, in terms of residential real estate as well as regarding the office, retail and industrial–logistics sectors.
