Forcadell, on the occasion of the International Day against Gender Violence, pointed to the initiative that the Martials Arts MAC gym in Sarrià prepared for the 25th and 29th of November. Focusing on increasing self-protection capacities in order to cope with situations of physical violence, the center specializing in martial arts gave two free personal defense seminars aimed at the general public and the Forcadell team. The sessions were mainly aimed at people with no experience in the world of martial arts and personal defense.

"These techniques have prepared me to defend myself against a situation of violence" says Elody Cot, administrative clerk of the Real Estate Assets Department of Forcadell, "In addition, it has also been a way to put myself in the victim's shoes and empathize with those who suffer this type of aggression."

The initiative is part of the Forcadell Corporate Social Responsibility policy and its commitment to recognize the individual values of the people who make up the company.
