The Industrial-Logistic Department of Forcadell has advised the vertical work company in the rental of an industrial warehouse in Montcada (Barcelona).

Forcadell, the real estate consultant, has advised Confhydra Solutions on the rental of a 306 sqm industrial warehouse in the Polígono Foinvasa of Montcada i Reixach (Vallès Occidental) in Barcelona. This location is 22km away from Barcelona and has access close to the C-33, C17 and the C-58. Companies like Synchro Group. Heloex, Dicomsa Merchant or Aplimet 2000 are located in the same industrial complex.

Gerard Plana, Director of the Industrial-Logistics Department of Forcadell, highlights that "the demands of warehouses with surfaces up to 500 sqm as the one chosen by Confhydra Solutions increased by 9 basis points in the second half of 2016 with respect to the same period of the previous year, representing 52% of the total requests, a sign of the optimal moment the small and medium sized Catalan industry is going through."
